The new HCBS Quality Assurance (QA) Policy (E2024-059) is now available on the KDADS website. This policy, effective August 1, 2024, outlines procedures for quality reviews and compliance requirements for all Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waiver Programs in Kansas.
