Welcome to the new normal

Look, we don’t want to dwell on it, but stuff is [insert totally unique word for this whole situation] for you, for us, for everyone. It means we've had to find new ways to do things and support people, while seeing a record increase in demand for our services. Here's some of the stuff we've been up to:

Team CALM take on 2.6

We’re bloody proud of the support #TeamCALM continue to give us. Last week you guys smashed the 2.6 Challenge and have already raised close to £10,000 - that’s the equivalent of over 1100 calls to our life-saving helpline and webchat. So thank you. We really couldn't do it without you. Feeling inspired? There's still time to get involved.
