In 2023, lifesaving support from donors — like you:

• Prevented 33,930 women from dying in childbirth
• Distributed 1 billion condoms
• Protected 162,075 girls from undergoing the brutal practice of female genital mutilation
• And more...

The day we launch our annual report is one of my favorites each year. I’m always thrilled to share with you the incredible progress we’ve achieved for women and girls together.

But, at least for me, one piece of news might be even more exciting: In the past four years, we’ve nearly doubled the amount of lifesaving care we’ve been able to deliver to women and girls, all thanks to our supporters.

I hope you’ll take a moment to read through our 2023 Annual Report, hear from women and girls who’ve been reached with care, and celebrate all that we’ve been able to accomplish together.

Building this community of passionate reproductive health champions is one of the best parts of my work. And the numbers don’t lie — when we stand together, we can create lasting change, empower women and girls to reach their fullest potential, and build a brighter world for us all.
