Pen and phone: The Biden administration’s newest attempt to push through student loan forgiveness was blocked by the Supreme Court.  

• “The proposed rule canceling certain student loans exceeds the limited authority that Congress delegated to the Secretary of Education over student loans,” writes Jack Fitzhenry, legal fellow at the Meese Center.
