In turbulent times like the ones we’re in right now, it can be tempting to disengage from politics; to take a step back and assume everything will somehow work itself out. We can’t fall into that trap, John.

This was a long primary season -- trust me, I know! But the key stage is beginning right now, as we enter the general election. As you read this, Democratic campaigns across the country are shifting their organizing strategies online in response to the public health crisis, and the Democratic Unity Fund plays a key role in ensuring they have the funds required to make adjustments to their campaigns.

I ran for president because I know we desperately need competent, compassionate leadership in the White House. Now I’m proud to support Joe Biden because I know he’ll provide just that.
