Winning in November and ending gun violence require millions of one-on-one
conversations with youth voters, which takes people power and time. The
hard truth of this work is it also takes a lot of money.

Under Donald Trump, gun-related deaths increased by 34 percent, and he
bragged about doing “nothing” to end that. But under the Biden-Harris
White House, we’ve seen a historic decline in gun violence, with gun
deaths down by nearly 20 percent since 2021. Violent crime is also down
and the murder rate is on track for its largest annual decline ever.

Like I said: The vibes are good, but we can’t win on vibes alone. We have
to invest now. When it counts. Before it’s too late. Before another Trump
presidency rolls back all the progress we’ve made these last four years.
