I’ll keep this short. A few days ago, I sent out an email about Abigail's 40th birthday. So many of you signed her card -- it was heartwarming and she appreciated it!

With that said, if you didn’t get a chance to sign her card before and wanted to, please feel free to sign it today!

Although her birthday was last week, the birthday celebrations continued throughout the weekend. We had a great crowd come out on Friday for a day in service - cleaning a park and a commuter lot and sorting goods at our regional food bank.

It's amazing how much celebrating Abigail's birthday has changed over the years. When we used to move with her old job, we spent birthdays in new cities surrounded by moving boxes with a small cake and jetlagged children. And last night, we celebrated with hundreds of community members whom we’ve gotten to know through political advocacy and community engagement.

Thank you for all that you do to support Abigail and her work representing our community. Thank you for helping to make her 40th birthday fantastic!
