We have bad news coming from Texas, John. Republican leaders in Texas have purged over a million voters from the voter roll.

More than 463,000 of those individuals have been placed on a suspense list. Names on the suspended list are deleted if the state receives information that voters have permanently moved out of their registered addresses or don't vote in two consecutive election cycles. Texans who may have been wrongly removed from the state's voter registration list or whose voter registrations have been suspended have little time to reverse course.

Want to fight this act of voter suppression? Voto Latino is aiming to register 220,000 new Texan Latino voters before Election Day. Help power our efforts in states like Texas by chipping in now >> ([link removed])

We need to make sure Texans who think they're registered are double-checking their registrations to find out if they've been added to this suspended list.

Latinos and other communities of color’s access to the ballot box is constantly being threatened. We need to make sure our voices are heard on Election Day — our program will get people to the polls who will elect politicians who will protect the right to vote.
Will you help us register voters in states like Texas? We can’t do it without your help, and our efforts are needed more than ever. ([link removed])

We can't let this slide, John.
