Friends,

Today at midnight we close the books on one of the most important fundraising deadlines of the election cycle.

When it ends, we'll take a look at what we've raised, compare it to some budgets we've set for our teams, and make some important decisions.

So we are asking you to contribute $10 to help us reach our goals.

$10 because this is one of the last fundraising deadlines before early voting begins. Yes, we are that close.

$10 because if we have the resources to invest in key counties where there are close races, it could make the difference in the congressional races, as well as in the Iowa House and Senate races.

We are asked a lot -- can $10 really make a difference?

The answer is a yes, absolutely. It will make a real difference because it all adds up when lots of people choose to give. And it can make a difference for the worse if lots of people just click away.

We are so close folks. If we have the budgets to win, we will. But that's up to people like you who care enough to make a difference.

Can Iowa count on you to stand with your fellow Democrats? Only together we can retake this state and lead it into a brighter future.

You may not have woken up this morning thinking you were going to donate to the Iowa Democratic Party, but Democrats everywhere need you.
