Another court dropped the ball this week.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed our appeal in the case against the Liberals’ tyrannical travel ban for the unvaccinated.

That case was brought forward by former Newfoundland and Labrador premier Brian Peckford, the last living signatory of the Charter, me, and other citizens.

Our fundamental rights were clearly violated when we couldn’t travel between November 2021 and June 2022, even though it was clear that the jab didn’t protect anyone from getting covid and that the unvaccinated were not a risk for anyone.

On the contrary, the risk was from getting the so-called “vaccine” itself!

You may remember that a lower court had ruled that the case was now “moot” because the federal government had suspended the ban.

What a moronic argument!

“Madam, your husband used to beat you, but it appears he has stopped for now. So your complaint is moot. There’s nothing we can do.”

The judges at every level clearly showed an incredible lack of... judgement.

We obviously cannot trust the courts anymore in this country to uphold our constitutional rights and freedoms.

Too many of them have been hijacked by far-left woke activists masquerading as judges.

There is only one solution: protest, inform and educate, change the climate of opinion, and spread awareness about the importance of protecting our rights and freedoms.

We must make sure more Canadians are awakened, and that no future government will dare to implement such awful discriminatory policies again.

This is what the People’s Party has been doing since its founding and will continue to do.

Because no other party did it during covid.

None of them defended the unvaccinated.
