This month marked the second anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Since President Biden signed it into law, over $2 billion has been announced for Colorado projects to invest in clean energy, support economic growth, and create jobs.
This bill was the most significant climate legislation ever passed by any country. It has helped lower prescription drug costs, further the clean energy transition, and ensure the largest corporations pay their fair share.
Michael worked to ensure the IRA became law and brought home huge investments for Colorado’s working families.
This landmark accomplishment only passed because of our Democratic majorities in the House and Senate — something we lost after the 2022 midterms and something Michael is working to change this November.
