I know it’s Labor Day weekend and I’m sure the last thing you want is to think about politics, but I’m reaching out to you today because we really need your help and it can’t wait!
Tonight is our critical end-of-month deadline when I’ll be making a big decision about which candidates we can support ahead of this election.
John, I know there are campaigns and organizations who fake goals in order to get you to donate, but this is a real and urgent deadline for us. It’s the moment we have to decide which candidates we can support and whether we can give to all of our competitive races.
The last thing I want to do is tell one of our members in a vulnerable swing seat that we don’t have enough money to donate to their campaign this year. But that’s the reality I’m facing if we don’t close the gap before tonight’s deadline.
