There’s a good chance your email inbox looks similar to mine right now — filled with fundraising emails from Democratic campaigns.

I feel bad about having to add to the pile, so I thought the least I could do is include this picture of Cooper, our labradoodle. (I just conducted a quick poll on our family group thread, and Cooper’s approval rating stands at a robust 100%.)

Does Cooper’s lovable face make up for my team and me reaching out once again to ask for donations to our campaign?

But you know what I hope will really make up for it? When we use the contributions from this incredible grassroots team to defeat our MAGA opponent, flip the House blue, and restore abortion rights in every state in the country.

Polls show this race is a toss-up. Our opponent has much deeper pockets than we do, and we’re facing a major fundraising deadline in just a few hours. Candidly, I need your help to hit our goal.
