This comes after a coalition of 16 Republican-led states sued the Biden administration to block the largest expansion of protections for undocumented immigrants since DACA was announced 12 years ago.

We are tired of living court case to court case. From DACA, to SB4, to Parole in Place, we’re always waiting to learn our fate from a federal judge. Enough is enough — we need Congress to pass permanent protections now.
