This Labor Day, we’re reflecting on the incredible courageousness, righteousness and power of workers coming together in union.

Despite lopsided labor laws, more than a quarter-million working people joined a union last year to have a say over their wages, benefits and working conditions. Workers at nonprofits, colleges, universities, hospitals, record labels, tech companies, credit unions, public utilities and other industries are forming unions with OPEIU and winning the collective bargaining agreements they deserve.

We look forward to continuing to build union power across industries in pursuit of economic, racial and social justice at work and in our communities. And we wish for you and your family a wonderful Labor Day.
