Hey John,
Thank you SO much to everyone who chipped in since my last email! We are
the only movement that is for every day women, and funded by every day
women. Our average donation is $19.76. Right now, we're only $7,200 from
closing our gap for August.
[ [link removed] ]Can we count on you to chip in a few bucks before midnight so our
programming doesn't take a hit?

Thank you so much,
Kelsey

Hey John,
My name is Kelsey Jackson, and I’m the Chief Financial and Administrative
Officer here at Women’s March.
I’m going to keep it real with you.
We’ve been on fire all summer, with hundreds of thousands of feminists
joining our actions, protests, mass calls, and trainings.
In the last month alone, our base grew by nearly 500,000 feminists (!!!),
and we had to quickly scale up our team and fortify our operations to meet
this AMAZING influx of new folks! That’s the good news.
[ [link removed] ]The bad news? This all came at a substantial cost. We’re still $37,000
short of our fundraising goal for August, and we’ve got some major work
lined up.
Here’s what’s coming up:
1. Wisconsin Feminist Summit: On September 8th, we’re hosting an
intensive, application-based summit to train the women who will flip
Wisconsin this election season and defeat Trump’s fascist agenda.
2. Virtual Feminist Summit: The week of September 9th, we’re knocking on
10,000 doors as we launch our campaign to reach 1 million voters
before the elections. We’re inviting feminists to train on our
relational narrative interventions, giving them the tools to speak
with their neighbors and mobilize them to vote feminist this November.
3. Gender Liberation March: On September 14th, we’ll be in Washington,
D.C., supporting the Gender Liberation March as the official GOTV
partner—signing up more feminists to get out the vote.
4. Resistance Roadtrip: Throughout October, we’ll move a caravan across
the U.S. South, inviting women into conversations and providing tools
to get our communities to the polls.
5. #WeWontGoBack National Mobilization: On November 2nd, the last weekend
before the elections, we’re hosting rallies, marches, and GOTV
activations across the country to build momentum and drive
participation at the polls on Election Day.
But I’m a little concerned when I take a look at our ActBlue page and see
this:

Here’s where we need your help, John. I’m VERY excited about
all the incredible initiatives we’ve got planned, but we can’t do it
without you.
[ [link removed] ]Will you chip in $20.24 right now to make sure our Fall programming
doesn’t take a hit?
(If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your
donation will go through immediately.)
