After her own breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, Elaine McCabe made the decision to turn her candy-making — her long-time hobby — into a business. The support she received from her family and friends gave her the courage, and she founded Red Kite Candy in 2009.
Today, Elaine and her small business are giving back by supporting Breastcancer.org through the sale of a special twin pack of caramels. And now, they're helping to lift spirits by sending boxes of caramels to frontline healthcare workers.
