The Battle of AZ being fought in courts

Hi John,

I am a big believer that laws should be written by the legislature- NOT the courts.

So naturally, when it comes to election integrity, I would prefer that officials simply follow the laws we pass.

Sadly, we have had to go to court to enforce our laws all too often. The Democrat Secretary of State and Governor have been absolutely lawless.

The good news? We win. A LOT.

That's right- Fontes was trying to deprive citizens of our constitutional rights, even as he has tried to make it easier for illegals to vote.

We have over two more years of this lawless guy. That means doubtless more court dates.

But that's why you need a fighter like me in the Senate- with the funds to fight these pitched battles that are proving so crucial. ([link removed])
