This is an emergency call to action. It’s a hard government deadline. The NIH plans to amputate and kill 21 cats! Read below to take action or unsubscribe.
Hi Taxpayer,
QUESTION: What’s the difference between research and torture?
ANSWER: A white coat.
Don’t believe me? See below. This cat’s story is a national tragedy.
NIH payout #R44AR079960—the blood money that killed Govt Cat #TA—is up for renewal in about six hours.
So please allow me three minutes (and three reasons) to persuade you why you should chip in a few bucks to help us win tonight’s big campaign.
Reason #1: Tonight’s NIH Payout Doesn’t Only Amputate Cats.
It will also butcher bunnies and piglets.
One poor pig (Govt ID #81-141F) suffered so badly after being injected with toxins, that she became partially paralyzed.
Then, she had to be tube-fed and put in a sling.
So even if you don’t like cats, a victory tonight is important because it will prevent a lot of other animal abuse… much more than just cats.
Reason #2: This Campaign Is Winnable. We’ve Done It Before.
Taxpayer, remember Putin’s kitten experiments?
Remember how we exposed NIH’s payout to cripple cats and force them to run on a treadmill in a Moscow lab?
(This Russian cat test was very, very similar to the abuse that’s about to be inflicted on the NIH 21).
This is a headline from March 10, 2022. You stepped up. Then we funded an investigation to expose NIH’s payout for cat killing in Russia.
Well, our lobbying team successfully united President Biden and Republican lawmakers to de-fund it.
We also cut NIH tax money for every other Russian experiment on birds, monkeys, mice, dogs… ALL animals. Every. Single. Test. Dasvidaniya!
Last time I sent you an email appeal, you stepped up. That’s how this happened:
This is the Washington Times’ front-page headline from April 9, 2023. You donated. Then we funded a lobbying campaign to unite President Biden and Congressional Republicans to end NIH’s payout.
GET THIS: Tonight’s NIH payout is funding the very same U.S. laboratory that shipped your tax dollars to Russia for these cat experiments. We know how to beat these guys!
We’re the best there is at what we do, Taxpayer.
But that just brings me to reason #3…
Reason #3: We Will Not Win Tonight Unless We’re Fully Funded
And right now, we’re coming up short.
Look, cats just aren’t as popular as dogs. Campaigns like the NIH 21 aren’t as popular as rescuing beagles.
So, our fundraising is falling behind where we need it to be.
We must pay for more online advertising. More investigations. More media. More grassroots organizing. More lobbying. More lawsuits.
I could go on. But I’d rather just win again tonight.
Help block this payout and support all our life-saving campaigns.

P.S. Taxpayer, I really want to save the NIH 21. But right now, our fundraising is down. If you don’t give, then we don’t win. And if we don’t win… well, the deadline is 11:59 pm TONIGHT. Please send help!
HARD GOVERNMENT DEADLINE
Taxpayer, the most effective way to stop a cat lab is to stop the money from hitting its bank account… before the amputations begin.
Unfortunately, we haven't covered our rapid response budget yet. 21 more cats will be amputated and killed.
