Ignatian Energy Star Program

This Season of Creation, join Jesuit and other Catholic high schools embarking on a journey to be good stewards of energy! The Ignatian Solidarity Network, in conjunction with the Jesuit Conference Office of Justice and Ecology, is starting a pilot program for secondary schools to begin benchmarking their energy usage through the Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.

Ignatian Eco-Educator Creates a Course Cultivating Faith in the Wild
Rain, shine, or snow, students at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, OH, meet at their outdoor classroom for a religion elective called "Faith in the Wild." Learn how that course unfolded.

Since 1990 the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) has provided American citizens with restitution for radiation exposure from U.S. nuclear weapons.
