| Hello John, According to a new analysis by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), Obamacare enrollees in 2021 had access to just 40% (on average) of the doctors near their homes. Remember when Washington was trying to convince you to support Obamacare? They swore it would lead to better access to doctors. That hasn’t happened. Consider this: What good is a health care plan if you can’t use it to access the health care you need when you need it from the doctors you trust? That has always been the problem with government health care. They think if you have an insurance card, then you have health care. But it doesn’t work like that, as KFF makes clear. Additionally, Americans with private insurance have much better access to doctors than those with Obamacare plans. So why are so many politicians pushing a Medicare for All plan that would end private insurance? The answer to what ails our health care system isn’t more government control - it’s more personal control. That’s why we’re pushing health care changes known as the Personal Option. Here’s the bottom line: Unlike Medicare for All that would end private health insurance and move all Americans into a government-run plan, the Personal Option would direct funding that now goes to insurance companies to you, the people, so you can make the health care arrangements that work best for you. ✅ You want direct primary care? No problem. ✅ You want a health savings account? OK. ✅ You want to stick with your employer-provided plan? Be our guest. With a Personal Option, you - not the government or the insurance companies - are in control. Let your lawmakers know support a Personal Option. |
