Taxpayer, a little over a week ago (and in the midst of the economic crisis!), your government approved funding for a new round of FATAL heart attack experiments on 66 beagle puppies at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
APRIL 30 DEADLINE: If we can REPEAL this payout, we can PREVENT the torture… and adopt the surviving puppies into loving homes!
But to get this done, we must fully-fund our rapid response efforts – and we haven’t covered our budget.

Right now, 66 BEAGLES (some are only a year old!) are stuffed in tiny cages, in a dark government lab basement in Richmond, Virginia.

- “NANOPARTICLE INJECTION:” 28 puppies will have their chests literally ripped open and injected with Botox. It’s extremely painful. All will be slaughtered. (PAYOUT #02235)
