It’s not only the end of August – we’re just 67 days away from Election Day! Before I ask you to chip in $7, I want to share some key points about my race you should know.

There’s been incredible momentum up and down the ballot these past few weeks. We’re still abuzz about the top of the ticket, and Democrats are united to defeat MAGA extremism and deliver real results for our neighbors.
My opponent, Joe McGraw, is a MAGA extremist. He prayed to overturn Roe v. Wade, wants to end the separation of church and state, and has dabbled in the great replacement theory. He would be a total ‘yes man’ for the most dystopian proposals from Donald Trump.
Elections experts are calling IL-17 the MOST competitive race in our state. Just a few votes in every neighborhood made the difference in 2022. And National Republicans are pouring buckets of money into our race to try and flip this seat and seal an extremist triple majority that will harm us all.

Friend, I know in my heart that we have the ability to clear this threat, hold this seat, and help flip the House blue. But in a race this close with stakes this high, it’s critical we have grassroots support.
