Guided Autobiography for Seniors

Thursdays, September 12–October 31
3 pm ET/2 pm CT/12 pm PT

Guided Autobiography for Seniors, a group for entertainment professionals ages 60 and up, offers participants the chance to write their life stories via weekly assignments that explore major themes. The group provides a safe, supportive space to share experiences from the past, while promoting well-being and creating community.

No writing experience necessary. You will be surprised how well you can write when the material means so much.

The group will meet on Zoom for weekly 2-hour sessions on Thursdays, from September 12 through October 31. Members of the group are expected to commit to attend all meetings.

A pre-group interview is required. Please note that group size is limited to 8 people and the first to respond will be given priority.
