The Democrats continue to use the current pandemic as a way to implement pieces of their radical agenda. As if holding the Paycheck Protection Program and the Small Business Relief Fund hostage wasn’t enough, their latest stunt shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Across the country, but especially here in Arizona, the Democrats continue to push activist courts to order states to allow for ballot harvesting during the pandemic. For two significant reasons, this is a dangerous idea:
- At any time, ballot harvesting opens the door to irregularities in absentee or vote-by-mail voting.
- To collect the ballots, political operatives would have to go door-to-door, which threatens ballot security and could jeopardize the health of at-risk populations.
Let's call these Democrat measures what they are: ploys to get more votes for Democrats at the expense of the health and voting rights of the American people.
