1. NC VALUES: Is your family's school on the list?
The State of Kansas v. US Department of Education case provides a way to stop Title IX regulations in North Carolina schools. A case filed in the Kansas federal courts included three private organizations as plaintiffsâMoms for Liberty, Female Athletes United and Young Americaâs Foundation. The judge ruled that any schools attended by members of these organizations are included in the injunction.
If you have kids in North Carolina schools, and would like them to be temporarily protected from President Bidenâs Title IX changes, would you consider joining Moms for Liberty <[link removed]>, or having your child join Female Athletes United <[link removed]> or Young Americaâs Foundation <[link removed]>for free? So far, over 350 schools in North Carolina are now under the injunction because parents are members.
The most recently updated list of membership has just been released. To check it out, and see if your family's school is on the list, click here. <[link removed]>

2. FOX NEWS: American Society of Plastic Surgeons breaks consensus of medical establishment on transgender care
"The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) is breaking with the consensus of the American medical establishment about best practices in so-called 'gender-affirming care' for minors. The organization's move, which represents 92% of all board-certified plastic surgeons in the U.S., comes amid shifting international sentiment that psychotherapy might be a better course of action in treating transgender-identifying minors over hormones and surgery. The ASPS told Fox News Digital that it 'has not endorsed any organizationâs practice recommendations for the treatment of adolescents with gender dysphoria,' as first reported by the Manhattan Institute (MI). The group said there is 'considerable uncertainty as to the long-term efficacy for the use of chest and genital surgical interventions' and that 'the existing evidence base is viewed as low quality/low certainty.'"

4. NATIONAL REVIEW: The Transgender Prisoner Madness
"The trans insanity has come to prisons across the United States. In her reporting on this phenomenon, our own Caroline Downey has found that at least eleven male convicts â many of whom committed violent crimes against women and children â are currently housed at Washington Stateâs womenâs prison, colloquially called 'Purdy,' where they can be transferred without ever undergoing surgery or hormonal treatment. Under the guise of 'inclusion,' in other words, male felons with violent criminal histories have been granted access to vulnerable women to prey upon."

5. NATIONAL REVIEW: Republicans Need to Take a Stand on Abortion
"Republicans, led by Donald Trump, are in a headlong retreat on abortion. The latest evidence came this weekend, when Senator J. D. Vance said that Trump would veto a national ban on abortion were Congress to enact one, and implied that he would veto even a ban on abortions late in pregnancy. Before that, Trump said his presidency would be âgreat for women and their reproductive rightsâ: the latter phrase being generally used to describe an expansive right to abortion. And before that, Trump said he would not enforce existing federal law against the interstate shipment of abortion implements â and would thus connive at the federal governmentâs undermining pro-life state laws."

Weekly Prayer: NC Officials
LORD, you also have instructed us to pray for our governing officials, and we come to you in the spirit of this petition. We pray for our state government and its executive, legislative, and judicial servants. May they indeed be servants unto the people, and govern in a manner that protects liberty and virtue. In the same spirit, we pray for public servants across our local governments. May they all heed your mandate in Romans 13:4 to be in positions of authority as "God's servant" and for the "good" of the public. They govern in what we confess are difficult times. May they plead with you to give them wisdom, and may your grace to govern wisely be poured out on them.
Protect us from the oppression and loss of freedoms that other countries have experienced, and help us to value and preserve freedom, which we know comes only from You.
"I have indeed seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to set them free." Acts 7:34
Amen
