Helping refugee families access early childhood services
Refugee and immigrant families with young children underutilize publicly funded early childhood services, despite being eligible. Yet enrollment in these programs can benefit child development and whole family well-being.

A variety of strategies can build awareness and access, including free and culturally responsive child care and early education, informational campaigns and outreach via social networks, and concrete supports like transportation.
