Application Extension for NCRC's Field Empowerment Fund!
The FEF empowers NCRC members to level up established service lines through a catalytic injection of grant funding. Neighborhood gentrification—where poorer, urban communities are revitalized by wealthier citizens, often displacing the current residents—was also systemic in these areas, contributing to housing instability for longtime residents.
