I find myself reflecting not just on this milestone but on the broader journey we've been on together. It is one of my greatest honors to serve you and our nation in Congress, and I'm filled with gratitude as I consider the impact we’ve been able to make over the years.

When I began drafting the CHIPS Act with a few of my colleagues back in 2020, we knew it was more than just legislation – it was a necessary step to secure our economic future, safeguard our national security, and keep America competitive in an increasingly competitive world. Today, $30.5 billion in funding has led to the creation of over 115,000 jobs nationwide, and we will be producing the most advanced chips here in America. These aren't just numbers and words – they represent thriving communities, empowered workers, and a strengthened America.

But this is just one chapter in a much longer story. Throughout my time in Congress, I've had the privilege of working on legislation that I believe truly makes a difference in the lives of Americans. From advocating for healthcare reforms that expand access and affordability to championing environmental policies that protect our precious natural resources for future generations, my mission has always been clear: to serve you with integrity and dedication.

At the core of all the bills and policies I work on, my greatest joy comes from serving you – listening to your concerns, fighting for your needs, and working tirelessly to make our country a better place for all. It is a privilege I do not take lightly, and I am more motivated than ever to continue this important work.
