Hi Friend,
Last week was a celebration of what Democrats stand for and a reminder of
what we’re up against.
We heard from folks who have had vastly different life experiences about
why this election is the most important of our lives and why they’re
supporting Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. It was a week of coming together
around a common cause.
There couldn’t have been a bigger difference between the Democratic
National Convention and the Republican National Convention.
At their convention, Republicans spewed hate and division with Donald
Trump being the chief instigator. At our convention, we heard about a
hopeful vision for the future.
A future where our planet is healthy, where no one has to make a choice
between medication and groceries, where rural communities thrive with
good-paying jobs, where the public can trust our Supreme Court, where
veterans get the support they earned, where you can love who you love and
be who you are without discrimination. And where everyone has reproductive
rights.
That’s the kind of future we can achieve if we elect Kamala Harris and Tim
Walz to the White House. That’s the kind of future I’ll be fighting for
every day until the election.
Join me in this fight,
Peter
