Two weeks after the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked, Pat joined the race for NY-18 and won a special election that pundits and pollsters thought would be impossible for a Democrat to pull off.

After all, Donald Trump nominated the very Supreme Court justices who voted to rip away the right to an abortion — a decision that he later said he was “proud” of. His Project 2025 agenda calls for a nationwide abortion ban. And don’t even get us started on the extremist views of his vice presidential running mate, JD Vance.

Pat’s GOP opponent, Alison Esposito, is right there with them. She’s even pledged to ban abortion from conception.
