As the Democratic National Convention has closed out, it’s time to unite behind our shared values and push for the change we want to see.

We witnessed history as Kamala Harris officially accepted the nomination for President, giving us the opportunity to elect her as the first Black South Asian Woman President!

While I am beyond excited at this opportunity, we have to fight tooth and nail to ensure she gets there first.

The stakes of this election could not be higher. And while this is an overused statement for each election, we’re serious this time. We’re seeing unprecedented threats to our democracy and established rights that we must fight back against.

This November, we get to choose between an innovative, bright, and progressive future, or one where only the rich and privileged thrive while diversity and protections for it are erased.
