Friend, it's Rachel, Sherrod's campaign manager. We just wrapped up our daily meeting at campaign HQ, so I wanted to quickly share some top lines with you:

* Our race is officially the most expensive Senate race in the country. National Republicans are breaking spending records because they know Ohio will decide Senate control.

* Their spending is impacting this race. Polls now show Sherrod is statistically tied with our Trump-backed opponent, Bernie Moreno. 

* After looking at our fundraising numbers, we're on track to fall just short of our $2 million end-of-month goal unless we see a huge surge of grassroots support ASAP.

That's why I'm personally asking: Will you please chip in $5 or more right now to help us win in Ohio and keep the Senate blue?
