John, when I was serving in Afghanistan, my humvee hit a roadside bomb and I got set on fire.
I get it – after all that I went through I’m no Brad Pitt and the scars on my face make some people feel uncomfortable.
But to me and my wife my scars are evidence of my commitment to serving my country.

I’m Sam Brown, a Conservative Combat veteran & Purple Heart recipient running for U.S. Senate in Nevada.
My race is one of the most competitive in the country if not THE MOST.
I’m a Christian and my faith carried through my time in Afghanistan and it’s carried me through each day living with the injuries I sustained while serving.
I’m also a hardcore, dyed-in-the-wool, lifelong Conservative.
I’m proud of my service – but just because I can’t serve in the military doesn’t mean I’m done.
Running for U.S. Senate is a sacrifice for my family and I, but I’ll do whatever it takes to defend our country from those who wish to destroy it…
Whether that’s terrorists overseas or radical leftists right here at home.
My least favorite thing to do is ask good, kind-hearted Conservative folks like you to help me out.
But it’s what I got to do if we want to win back the Senate this fall.
With humility and respect, John, I’m asking you to take a moment out of your busy day to support my campaign.
Could you help me out?

Thank you for reading all this, John. It means the world to me that you took time out of your day to read what I have to say.
Duty First,
CPT Sam Brown
