Last week, we shared about a goal to add $2500 in new monthly donations. Several of you have jumped in and we’re so grateful! Let me tell you why I’m so obsessed with our monthly donors: In cold, hard numbers, monthly gifts are just really dang efficient for a stable budget and programs. This funding allows us to create solutions for children faster because we can act on generosity from you that we PLAN on instead of generosity that we HOPE for.

Your monthly allows us to focus less on fundraising and more resources month after month towards caring for survivors, and resourcing youth, families, and communities to be safer.

Why is that? Stick with me while I geek out for a moment: At Love146 we really do two things: Fight trafficking, and find resources to fight trafficking. It costs about 5 times more to acquire a one-time donation than it does to steward a monthly giver. So when you give monthly, you’re saying: “Don’t spend any more resources asking me to give. Spend those resources helping children.” This is mega efficient.
