Global Strike's New Take on Strategic Bomber Presence
Air Force Global Strike Command will rotate bombers to the Pacific and Middle East theaters to deter adversaries and maintain presence, but will no longer operate from al-Udeid Air Base, Qatar, or Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, for extended periods. The move keeps USAF strategically relevant and operationally unpredictable, said AFGSC boss Gen.
