Texas Republicans,

As we approach the November election, there has been much talk and rumors about election integrity in Texas. Make no mistake: The Texas GOP takes election integrity seriously, we have 5 full-time staff dedicated to election integrity who have been training thousands of poll workers and watchers across the state to ensure our election runs smoothly and follows the law.

However, this isn’t enough. We must do more! WE MUST!

Let’s recap some important election integrity headlines that have come out over the past weeks to assure you Texas elections will be free and fair.

•  Texas has removed over 1 million illegal voters since 2021 when SB 1 was signed into law. This total includes non-citizens, felons, deceased individuals, and voters who have moved.

• Attorney General Ken Paxton is conducting undercover investigations into illegal voter registration campaigns, and prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law.
  

• After media reports of illegal voter registration happening outside Texas DPS offices our Parker County Chair investigated and found the rumors to be false.

• In a separate investigation Attorney General Paxton executed multiple search warrants in Frio, Atascosa, and Bexar counties stemming from the 2022 election.

• The Texas Secretary of State released their audit from the 2022 election in Harris County and found Harris did not follow state law. These errors have been addressed and corrected for the 2024 election, and state inspectors will be on-site in Harris County in November to ensure the law is followed.

• Also stemming from the 2022 election in Harris County, the Harris County District Attorney, in conjunction with the Texas Rangers, is recommending 6 felony charges for a Harris County employee who failed to provide enough paper at multiple polling locations on election day.

Friends this is just the tip of the iceberg in our ongoing efforts to make sure you have the free and fair election you deserve. We are working hand in hand with the RNC, Secretary of State, and local officials, volunteers, and activists to ensure every letter of the law is followed in Texas.

We know the fate of this country doesn’t just lie in the hands of Texans, and we have good news to report nationally in 2 key swing states as well.

• The Supreme Court of the United States handed a partial victory to our friends in Arizona recently, allowing their state law requiring proof of citizenship on voter registration to go into effect. This fight is far from over, however, this is a step in the right direction.

• In Pennsylvania, a court ruled election workers can not complete missing information on mail-in ballots.  This massive victory stems from the insane COVID mail-in ballot rules during the 2020 election which left the door wide open for fraud.
