I hope you had a chance to read the email my dad sent you. To say that it meant the world to me would be an understatement. My dad is my hero, and seeing him speak from the heart about our journey together brought a tear to my eye. He’s been there for me through every challenge and triumph, and his belief in me is a big part of what keeps me going.

I want to take a moment to share a bit more about my journey with you—how I got here, and why this campaign matters so much to me.

Growing up in Stilwell, Oklahoma, life wasn’t always easy. Our hometown has the lowest life expectancy in the state, and I saw firsthand the struggles that come with that. From a young age, I learned the importance of hard work by working alongside my dad on our farm. He taught me that no matter how tough things get, you keep pushing forward. It’s a lesson that has shaped who I am today.

When I decided to pursue a career in cybersecurity, it wasn’t the typical path for someone from a small town like ours. But I’ve never been one to shy away from challenges. I’ve spent my career defending our nation against threats, and now I’m running for Congress because I believe we need that same resilience and determination to protect our communities and ensure that every Oklahoman has a shot at a better future.

This campaign isn’t just about me—it’s about all of us. It’s about making sure that communities like ours aren’t left behind, that the people who feel forgotten have a voice.

My dad’s words reminded me of why I’m in this fight: because I believe in the power of people to create change, and I believe in the future we can build together.
