Ayanna’s bold, activist leadership in Congress is more important now than ever. Since she got to Congress, Ayanna has been fighting for healthcare, economic, environmental, and housing justice for all of our communities - that fight is even more important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this crisis, Ayanna has called out racial disparities in testing and treatment, advocated for paid leave for every worker, spoken out for those behind the wall, fought for our immigrant neighbors, co-sponsored legislation to cancel rent and mortgage payments, and demanded PPE for our frontline workers.
And how do we know the fight for equity and justice is making headway? The entire right-wing propaganda machine has been attacking Ayanna and our movement over the last week.
