As Lizzie’s campaign treasurer, I always have numbers on my mind.  As we approach our next end-of-month deadline, I’ve been keeping a close eye on where we stand.  And I have good news on that front—over the past few weeks, we’ve made great progress to our August goal.

If we keep this up, I know we can get the rest of the way there before the deadline on Saturday.  Please make a contribution today.  Even a few dollars goes a long way.

You hear a lot from us—especially around these deadlines.  I want you to know that it’s for a good reason.

Our end-of-month fundraising goals aren’t arbitrary.  We set fundraising goals based on our budget, and we plan our budget based on everything we need to do to win on Election Day.  And with Election Day less than 10 weeks away, we are spending the money to fund our voter outreach efforts, like phone-banking, door-knocking, printing door-hangers and yard signs, and more.
