We Are The Change: The 2019 PFLAG National Convention will be here before you know it. And, we’ve got big news to share!
- The agenda is set! The full workshop schedule for We Are The Change: The 2019 PFLAG National Convention is now available! You can find more information by going to pflag.org/2019nationalconvention and selecting the "Workshop, Roundtables, & Regional Meetings" tab.
- Even more networking opportunities! On Saturday evening the PFLAG National Regional Directors Council will host regional meetings, so that convention attendees have the opportunity to meet with their Regional Director and connect with other PFLAG members from their state and region. Bring your questions, your concerns, your hopes, and your successes.
- PFLAG Gives Back is back! With the support of Subaru and the Walmart Foundation, We Are the Change attendees will come together on Friday, October 25 to volunteer their time and energy to give back to our host city. We’re still working with organizations like Operation Breakthrough, the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, and KC Pet Project to assess community needs, so if you’re interested in learning more stay tuned.
- We’ve got an app! PFLAG National is working with Socio to create a We Are The Change app so that you can access our agenda, workshop descriptions, presenter bios, and more from your phone or tablet! It'll be ready to download in the weeks leading up to the convention and we’ll share more information as it becomes available.
