America is at a crossroads, and we need to decide what kind of a country we want to be. Trump’s Project 2025 is a reckless plan that will hurt working families and take us backward. This 900-page proposal would increase taxes on families making $75,000 a year, block Medicare from negotiating lower drug prices, and cut overtime pay for hard working Americans.

We can not let this happen. Growing up in North Philly, I know firsthand how devastating these policies could be for our communities. My grandma, a civil rights warrior, once told me, “I thought we fixed this.” But I know we have to keep fighting—it’s just our turn now. We have to stand up, fight back, and protect our future and our democracy.

As your next Auditor General, I will hold those in power accountable and ensure every dollar of taxpayer money benefits all Pennsylvanians, not just a privileged few. I’m committed to standing up for working families and making government work for all of us.
