Dear Judicial Watch Member,

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has ordered an
expedited hearing on September 24th in JUDICIAL WATCH'S lawsuit
challenging Mississippi's "extended Election Day" law that permits
absentee ballots to be received as late as five business days after
Election Day.

This "expedited appeal" decision is great news...for honest elections
and for Judicial Watch and means that we may be able to see this
reckless law stricken from the books prior to Election Day!

THIS IS SO IMPORTANT THAT I AM ASKING YOU TO HELP US WITH A SPECIAL
CONTRIBUTION TODAY!

Your support today will help us when we go to the Appeals Court next
month… while keeping up the fight in all our other honest election
lawsuits.

Federal election law is very clear...Election Day for federal
elections is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of
every even-numbered year.

But Mississippi passed a law that "extends" Election Day by allowing
receipt of absentee ballots for up to five business days after
Election Day!

This state law clearly violates federal law....and it is an open
invitation to voter fraud!

And after what happened in 2020, who wants a repeat of Election Day
chaos and confusion?

Thanks to our members' support, Judicial Watch really "delivers the
goods" when it comes to honest elections by forcing multiple states to
clean their voter rolls...because our lawsuits and settlements have
led to the removal of over 4.5 MILLION ineligible voters from voter
rolls across the country!

But that's not all....we have also taken "red" Mississippi and "blue"
Illinois to court over their efforts to extend Election Day (the
Illinois law we're challenging extends Election Day by a mind-boggling
14 days).

Both of these lawsuits are critically important, and almost certainly
precedent setting.

THAT'S WHY I AM SO HOPEFUL YOU WILL HELP US WITH A SPECIAL
CONTRIBUTION TODAY!

When it comes to fighting to keep our elections honest, talk is
cheap...

..but the in-depth research, investigations, and lawsuits that
Judicial Watch pursues so doggedly and with such frequent success come
with very real price tags attached to them.

I hope you can help us as we prepare for this very important court
date!

Thank you....and please accept my best wishes for an enjoyable Labor
Day holiday!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
