Eugene Vindman for Congress

'Alex and Eugene'

John — It’s Alexander Vindman. I am reaching out today with an important request.

Can you contribute $5, $20, $50, or any amount to my twin brother Eugene’s campaign for Congress today? Eugene’s August fundraising deadline is this Saturday, and we need your help to reach our goals.

CONTRIBUTE

Many of you know our story by now, but I want to take a moment to remind you why Eugene is in this fight.

Over two decades ago, Eugene and I swore an oath to protect our country, its people, and our democracy from harm's way when we joined the U.S. Army. Our oath was tested in 2019 when Eugene and I decided to uphold our patriotic duty and blow the whistle on Donald Trump’s corruption.

We reported Trump’s phone call with Ukraine, and our actions eventually led to his first impeachment. That decision to stand up for the integrity of the office of the presidency led to us both being fired by Trump — ending our decades-long careers in military service.

John, Eugene and I have seen the danger Donald Trump and MAGA extremism pose to our democracy firsthand. The threat of MAGA extremism is rampant, and our democracy cannot afford to have even one more in Congress.

Eugene decided to run for Congress in Virginia to stop the threat of MAGA extremism and defend our democracy and the Constitution both of us swore to protect.

And with less than 70 days until the most important election of our lifetimes, he will need our unwavering support to take on his extremist opponent and fend off attacks from dark-money super PACs.

So I am sincerely asking:

Can you chip in $3 or whatever you can afford today to help Eugene hit his August fundraising goal before Saturday? Eugene stood up for us and our democracy, and now he’s counting on you to do the same.

Thank you in advance for donating to his campaign today. This means a lot to me personally.

— Alexander Vindman, Lt. Col. (Retired)
