Asia went from a grueling job at Amazon to a job she loves thanks to a hands-on workforce development program, an apprenticeship with one of the oldest, most successful unions in the U.S., and lots of hard work in between.

Her pathway from training program to a career-track, good-paying union job is the same model that the American Climate Corps is championing. That means there could be thousands of more success stories like hers in the years to come.
