I’ll cut right to the chase — this is our last chance to hit our fundraising goal for the month. If we don’t reach it, I’ll have to make some hard decisions.

It’s been a tough fundraising month. Every time we’ve needed your help in the past, you’ve come through for us. Your support motivates not just me, but our entire team, to work that much harder.

But we know where we need to be to win in August, which is why I’m writing to you again.

$33,000 is our number. It pays our staff, trains our volunteers, and prepares us for the last three months of the campaign to make our final push.

With just over two months to go before early voting starts, the establishment in this district is already getting scared of us. They haven’t seen a 100% grassroots campaign as strong as ours in a long, long time. They have even placed attack articles in local newspapers and try to downplay our campaign at every turn.

That’s how we know we’re on the right track. Voters are hearing our message. They are in on this movement. All we need is to keep pushing to the very end.
