I’m sorry for the delay. I lot has occurred beginning just before the November 2022 election. In October 2022, my father-in-law’s health declined and I began traveling to and from Ohio assisting him until his death on June 4, 2023. Just a few weeks later on June 30, 2023, I was stung and nearly died from the anaphylactic response. It took me until the end of 2023 to recover. A few months later, on February 4, 2024, my father had a serious stroke and I again began traveling to Ohio to care for him until his death on June 1, 2024. Only recently have I been able to resume my “normal” routine. The last 23 months have been a challenging season.

We are now facing one of the most significant elections in our nation’s history. It is clear that the essence of our great republic is at stake. Maryland is set to play a key role in the U.S Congress and the U. S. Senate.

A dear friend of mine of nearly 35 years, Neil Parrott, is running for the U.S. Congress in District 6, western Maryland. Neil’s race is one of the most contested Congressional races and one of the most watched in the nation. We have an opportunity to help Neil prevail.

Larry Hogan is in a statistical tie for the U.S. Senate. I am aware of the concerns some may have regarding Larry. At the risk of oversimplifying, a 40-50% Republican with Larry Hogan is far superior than a 0% Republican (100% Democrat) with Angela Alsobrooks.

I’m asking you to join me in supporting Neil Parrott For Congress. Please walk with Neil and us at the Gaithersburg Labor Day parade on Monday, September 2 (10a-noon).

The parade is a great event with thousands in attendance! It's held in Olde Town Gaithersburg along East Diamond and Russell Avenues. We want a large group to help hand out candy, fans, and stickers.

We will need to line up at 9am at the 400 block of East Diamond Ave. We are #43 in the line up. There will be shuttle buses running from the Lakeforest Mall parking lot from 8-9:30am. Please click on the links for more details.
