The Salvation Army’s Celebration of Culture returned to Pine Lake Camp in Alberta from August 23-25, for a weekend of celebrating, dancing, connecting and learning more about how Indigenous and non-Indigenous people can walk well together. A partnership between the Army and Indigenous Pathways, the event drew around 175 people and included tipi building, knowledge sharing, a pow wow and more.
