From the day we met, I could tell he was special. He had a dedication and passion to him that I’d never seen in anyone else.
But that doesn’t mean our relationship was always easy.
For most of the time we were together, Hung was serving on the front lines with the U.S. Navy. He served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia, and there were times when I didn’t know if he’d make it back alive.
But by the grace of God, Hung was able to retire after 25 years of service.
Our five children and I are so grateful to have him home for good. But Hung’s not the kind who can just sit back while our country falls into disrepair.
I know Hung will be an incredible Senator because he’s an incredible father and husband.
This journey is a whole new frontier for my family, and we want YOU to come along for it.
