While Nancy Pelosi sits in her San Francisco mansion, eating $13
pints of ice cream out of her $24,000 fridge, over 22 million
Americans and counting are filing for unemployment.
My conservative colleagues and I are not sitting around eating
bonbons - we are fighting for the relief American families and
small businesses desperately need.
But just when American workers needed it most, Pelosi and her
liberal pals spent weeks blocking critical aid - it's despicable
and she must be stopped.
I wonder if Pelosi knows that small businesses account for more
than 99% of all U.S. businesses...
That's 44% of the U.S. economy, and almost HALF of the entire
workforce.
American workers deserve better. That is why it is so important
that we have representatives in Washington holding Pelosi
accountable for her power grabs.
Unlike Pelosi, I am sensitive to the fact that millions of
Californians, and tens of millions more across the country are
hurting right now - which is why I remain focused on ensuring
everyone gets the relief they need.
But with the economic security and freedom of our country hanging
in the balance, I also can't let up on fighting to ensure that we
have President Trump and conservative majorities in Congress to
get things back on track.
I am fighting every day to expose Pelosi's power grabs and
replace her with a Republican Speaker of the House, but I can't
do it alone.
If you're in a position to do so, will you pitch in $10, $20 or
whatever you can to help me hit my critical month-end fundraising
target so conservatives can win back the House and get our
economy moving again?
